Rahmaniya VHSS is the first institution in the state established with the aim of providing opportunity for Higher Secondary education for Hearing Impaired students. The objective is to integrate the hearing impaired with the general community at all levels of life as equal partners, to prepare them for normal growth and to enable them to face life with courage and self-confidence.
